To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

• Return the product within thirty (30) days from the delivery date in original condition and packaging
• Include a copy of the original receipt with your return
• Use a Vernly pre-paid return label. Contact us and we will email you one.
• If the product has a Vernly serial number, it must match the one on the original order.
